210 In a Nutshell
Brain felt there was a need to summarize what they knew about circumstances in their life over the last 2-3 years and even further back through childhood. Brain found these from the sources it had available to it via an awful lot of reflection, time and from all parts of them, Body, Brain, Heart, Spirit and Soul.
Some were factual, actual receipts, dates and times Body and Brain could confirm when she had the energy to fetch, store and file them. Some were concerning Body’s health which had definitely been compromised, jeopardised, physically intimidated and Spiritually attacked. She noted the bruises, scratches, unforeseen and unusual illnesses overall, and particularly those experienced at night time when she had been fully conscious and awake. Finding physical evidence of what she had experienced to confirm them. Some were what Brain had struggled to accept such as messages, dreams, and Big Voice.
Brain decided to include all of what they knew of the aforesaid, whether they could be proven or not. Whether they were even correct or not to other people. Just for their own record and to place them together within a nutshell for its own sake. It was necessary for Brain to do it and keep it as concise as possible.
1 They (Body and all) were not of the same ancestry as they had been given to believe by the family.
2 Since childhood they had never felt they ‘belonged’ and particular events had seemed to be placed in front, separate or alongside of them. Contrived almost.
3 Their future had been ‘read’ as a small child (Mrs G) at too young an age to make any sense or purpose for a child. Giving others the opportunity to control any outcome based on the knowledge they retrieved from it.
4 If it had been predicted as a bright future, others had the chance to gain it either in destiny, ability, opportunity, financially or energetically.
5 Secrets within the family ancestry had led them to believe that the work and amount of people involved, had done so for one main reason, money. Lack of transparency by asking to see wills of passed over loved ones implied maybe an inheritance or large amount of money being stolen to warrant it. Grandma and Grandads will and testimony she had never seen, nor the subsequent ones for more recent deaths within the family. It was continuing to date even though she had asked to see them. If there were nothing to hide surely they would have been shown to Body.
6 Since raising concerns and questions about ancestry to the family, they (the family) had all gone strangely quiet and lost contact, or Body had been led to cut contact with them when no honest answers or even acknowledgement had been returned. A request for a DNA test had been refused. All this strangely coincided with Noswads and Body’s friends disappearance.
7 Partners in their life had been similar in character and patterns of behaviour. A general lack of emotional commitment and unresolved open ended reasons for the relationship failure, unless of her own making.
8 Noswads presence on and off throughout 23 years of their life contributed to marriage/partnership breakups. He always seemed to turn up when they thought they were happy and settled, or unhappy and at their most vulnerable. At no other point in time had he been part of their life. Almost as if he was sent in.
9 Receipts proved Friends collaboration with the builder, and since Body had relied on Friends recommendations for other professional services in the area, Body suspected collaboration or ‘kick backs’ from others too. At the same time, on discussion of marriage with Noswad and him moving in to her home in Portugal permanently, she had discussed with him her suspicions about the builder and Friend and then he had disappeared almost instantly. Only something she had realised in hindsight and it implied his collaboration too.
10 Brain thought the last 2-3 years of particular significance as all the problems happened at one time, across all areas of their life on all levels. Romantic, practical, physical, spiritual, and familial.
11 They had been informed through dreams, messages and collective tarot readings that betrayals had occurred by all family members. In particular, siblings, cousin, niece, and Aunt and Uncle, and that they had collaborated with past partners of Body’s, and given the duration of their life, probably all of them. Children and Grandchildren were involved in the betrayals too. It’s purpose primarily money.
12 A sister who worked with Noswad and their own friends here in Portugal, and an ex-spouse had also been named.
13 Aunts and an Uncle had been named.
14 A neighbour and past friends had been named including a medical health worker.
15 They had been told crooked law officials and police were involved within a family court case Body had no knowledge of and that she had been impersonated within the court, her signature and documents forged. Brain suspected the honesty of the Portuguese police and judicial system too, especially in the light of Friends date with an officer involved.
16 Fake birth, marriage and/or death certificates had been produced. Brain suspected a marriage had taken place in her name in the UK, Portugal or America.
17 A fraudulent life assurance claim had also been made without their knowledge.
18 A therapist who lied under oath about their mental health and capabilities so that the family could obtain a POA over assets in their name.
19 We were to break the generational curse on our family and the Holy ancestors (and theirs) were working with us to obtain justice. This was being overseen by Archangels and by Big Voice himself.
20 Continuing gaslighting and perplexing behaviour from family members, not to mention arguments or ‘over interest’ in discussions about the relevant subjects that had occurred i.e. marriage and/or how that would affect Body’s will. Had I made a will? I should get a will. When no interest in these subjects had been raised before their knowledge of her and Noswads engagement. It would appear their own child had been coerced or attacked too.
21 Wills from past over loved ones that Body had asked to see but were never shown, even when they themselves had been a beneficiary.
22 Mums solicitor meeting (prior to her death) that was mishandled and felt peculiar in her husbands compliance to it.
23 Mums subsequent illness and care from her husband was concerning and created a strange lack of care by the social services team in safeguarding the issues they had raised about her husbands lack of appropriate care, yet sent her back to.
24 Her husband chose the care home without considering what her children felt was best for her and a week later, after getting her admitted to the care home, had moved in with his ex partner. Her independent savings account continued to be withdrawn from by her husband and assets went missing. Body reported this to the Police and Mum’s bank but it was never pursued or acted upon by either.
25 Emails were still being received from Noswad long after his disappearance and were strangely timed and connected to more recent family discussions before communication with the family had ceased altogether. Emails from him were still being received to this day long after Body had told him to leave her alone and very often did not answer them at all for they never addressed any of the issues as to why he left other than to blame Body. They were predictable and almost scripted.
26 Poisoned drinks and food had been involved in the past and more recently.
27 Strange health changes and loss of weight.
28 The family name of her actual father had been given in a dream. The research to confirm this was ongoing.
29 Eastern star, masonic and religious groups were involved.
30 Three groups of people involved in UK, Portugal and America.
31 Physical bruises, scratches and exhaustion after ‘sleep’ and Spiritual battles.
32 Signs were being shown in numbers, animals, clouds, reflections. To warn or encourage. This was completely new to them and had to be deciphered and understood.
33 They were told people had been paid to come and sabotage their life, either romantically , practically or financially. Basically to cause chaos. A paid hitman had been sent in to cause so much damage to render them suicidal or to unalive Body themselves. Paperwork was stolen to be copied, details of my banks accounts copied.
34 Attempted theft of IP address, GPS tracking and phone cloning. Only four people had had access to their phone to be able to do this. Twice in a retail shop in the UK when their information had been transferred to a new telephone. Once when she originally had her first mobile phone and the person had ‘set it up’ for her. Once, most recently and more disarmingly, she had handed her phone over to the Portuguese police so that they could obtain all the text messages she had used to communicate to her builder and therefore could be used in the court case against him. Who knows else they may have done to it! The purchase of a new phones was Body’s attempt to stop all the nuisance scam calls, texts and emails she received, yet nothing stopped them. Brain admitted they were not technically savvy. Reports of these scam calls, texts, emails etc had been reported to the Police action line and letters written to the Chief Inspector also including all previous addresses and mail redirections, as post seemed to be going missing, It also included most familial addresses too as these were the people who had or had been privy to most of her personal information or had access to it. There were occasions when she had also received bill payment requests either on her credit card, a catalogue she had never been a member of, or appointments she had made and missed for places in the UK like BUPA, and yet she had not ever had Bupa membership. There were too many to list here but led them to believe another was living under her identity in the UK or America, when they were here in Portugal. They had even been told another was stealing/copying Body’s work. This very work presented here.
35 People following her on foot, or being at the same place, sometimes following by bicycle or car. None of them looked like local Portuguese people or had a particular reason for driving past i.e. down a dead end street that had no venue/place to attend.
36 Strange faults happening with her car and three near miss life threatening accidents in Portugal alone.
37 Looking further back, too many near miss accidents or incidents. Too many lost opportunities. Too many to be ‘normal’. Never any lasting financial gain from investments in property when the opposite should have been true.
38 Medical symptoms changed, unusually so (according to the endocrinologist in the UK) and therefore the doctor in Portugal changed and removed a lot of the drugs that had previously been prescribed. Health records had been accessed and HIPAA laws broken.
39 Mental health reports made by her family to the Portuguese embassy out of ‘concern’ for them without direct communication with Body. On obtaining the reports herself, one requested ‘compulsory hospitalisation’ which fortunately for Body, the Portuguese officials could not enforce nor were ever likely to. Emotions aside, Brain decided that this was a wicked thing to do to anyone behind their back and was indicative of a smear campaign against them, and if a court case was being processed without her consent, would act as a reason for a possible Power of Attorney against them as being ‘incapable’.
40 Complete strangers that came up to Body willing to comment negatively to them about the table they wanted without Body’s company on it, Body’s hairstyle, assumptions about Body’s money or lifestyle, attack them for her response rather than their actions, even attacking Body’s faith because it did not comply with their own religion. From nowhere, for no apparent reason and without even knowing them as a person.
Brain re-read the list. It could be better as it was not necessarily in the correct time order and how could it be? Events overlapped, were almost too complex to understand and some they had only recently remembered. Some Brain admitted, were supposition and needed further research but based on the larger overall bigger picture the jigsaw pieces made. The edges of each piece still not fully seen. Some were so hurtful, neither Heart, Body, Spirit, Soul or Brain wanted to believe they were true, for there were some very personal details of affairs and relationships they had been told about that were not presented here on the list, but Brain vividly remembered and took account of. There were lots of items on the list that cross referenced and made sense from past conversations and gut feeling at the time of them, that could not possibly be included here. There were so many and intangible to repeat and quantify.
Never the less, the list read like a horror movie. More recently, Brain had read a more appropriate name for it and it was called coercive control or civilian conspiracy. Not easy to place or prove, as the results were subtle and because of the duration and complexity, often based on the now over emotional reactions of the victim not the hidden actions of the perpetrators. Hence the mental health report. It was far easier for them to say they were ‘crazy’ and if Body was not careful, repeating and writing all this down would be exactly how she looked and exactly what ‘they’ wanted.
This list, in a nutshell, was their truth. Brain rationalised and tried to use logic. Body felt physically sick. Heart had been put in turmoil and torture. Spirit called out for the truth and Soul acknowledged the path they had trodden.
A lifetime of joy and pain, lessons and hardships and now finally thanks. Thanks for arriving at her own authenticity. Thanks for all the learning and now the hope for a better future that they were all starting to feel and look forward to. For now, they felt like they would never go back. These people, the betrayers, were now behind them in the past. “So long and thanks for all the fish” Body quipped and quoted.
They said thanks to the Holy Ancestors and Archangels. They said thanks to Big Voice for revealing all to them. They had done all they could and now were being asked to observe and report, leave it all to Big voice and release the burden of it.
“So what’s the point in listing it all? In marking our path?” Soul sighed.
“Who knows who it may help” Brain answered “After all, there must be other people who have been through this sort of thing. Or at least questioned themselves about their own thought process and behavioural patterns and those of others. Even if knowledge about spiritual or religious matters have never been sought or obtained. Even if it helps the heartbroken or traumatised. The financially struggling or ill who have lost their own guidance. There has to be some benefit on some level, even if only to ourselves.”
They were to report and watch the truth be revealed, watch judgement and justice prevail, their own too from the past for they were not exempt. And now, for the speaking of it whether they were meant to speak on it or not. Whether they were misjudged or not. Whether they were deserving of the result or not. Body, Brain, Heart, Spirit and Soul needed to put it down and release it for their own peace of mind. They just wanted it to be over.
Either way, they were moving on. With thanks and new found hope, and with faith and trust that even if they could not source the answers themselves, they were listed as a matter of record, and a greater source would.
